Chains for ash handle
Boiler slag chains are usually made of high-strength steel or alloy steel. These materials can ensure the strength and durability of the chain and adapt to the high temperature and high pressure working environment of the boiler. Specific materials such as 14CrNiMo5 steel, after carburizing treatment, can improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the chain. Boiler slag chains are mainly used to discharge the ash produced after boiler combustion from the furnace. Its structure includes chain plates, chains, scrapers and ash discharge valves. The chain plates and chains are used to drive the scrapers to move inside the furnace. The scrapers are responsible for removing the ash adhered to the inside of the furnace to ensure the normal operation of the boiler. The ash discharge valve is used to discharge the ash from the chain system.
