September 11, 2024. The factory of Lexin Chain Company welcomed a group of international friends--a customer delegation from Pakistan, and started an in-depth visit and exchange trip, aiming to fully understand the chain production process and quality control, and lay a solid foundation for the deepening of cooperation between the two sides.

Accompanied by the person in charge of the factory, the Pakistani customers first came to the raw material area. The person in charge introduced the source and characteristics of the raw materials in detail, emphasizing the strict screening of high-quality steel to ensure the quality of the chain from the source. The customer carefully checked the raw materials and expressed his approval of the factory's rigorous attitude in selecting materials.

Then, the group moved to the production workshop. The technicians demonstrated the operation of the automated production equipment on site. From cutting, forming to welding of steel, the precision and efficiency of each step of the process amazed the customers.

In the quality inspection area, the staff explained the chain inspection process, from dimensional accuracy measurement to tension and fatigue strength testing, and multiple processes were checked layer by layer. When I learned that the factory uses internationally advanced testing equipment and standards to ensure that every chain leaving the factory meets high quality requirements.

After the visit, the two sides held in-depth discussions in the conference room. Pakistani customers shared the characteristics and development trends of Pakistani market demand for chains and expressed strong interest in the factory's products. The two sides had in-depth discussions on product specifications, prices, delivery cycles and cooperation models, and reached a preliminary cooperation intention.
